Twice a year, EmblemHealth conducts an external brand tracker survey to measure impressions of the EmblemHealth brand. Well-informed about consumer perceptions, one question remained – What do employees think and feel about the brand?

To get the answer, EmblemHealth administered the brand tracker survey internally to find out how connected employees feel to the brand and how effectively they see themselves contributing to its strength.

Having completed the internal brand survey for the second consecutive year, learn how EmblemHealth is using the data to:

  • Gain insight on the brand attributes that employees deem most important to customers and compare this with the brand attributes that customers identify as most important
  • Identify points of strength and weakness with employee understanding and ownership of the brand
  • Utilize survey findings to develop strategies for improvement in key business areas.
