Kristen Johnson is the internal communication specialist for OSF Saint Francis Medical Center, a Level I trauma center in Peoria, IL that is the flagship hospital for OSF HealthCare System. During her five years with OSF, Kristen has worked in partnership with administration and project managers – developing and implementing strategic communication plans that inform and engage OSF Saint Francis’s 6,000 employees. Currently Kristen is serving as system communications co-chair– leading representatives from 9 medical centers, 2 medical groups, and various ambulatory sites to work together to streamline communications workflow while delivering the right message at the right time through the right tools to our 17,000+ employees. Before her career at OSF Saint Francis, Kristen was the web specialist for Caterpillar Brand Identity.
